So far so good! They replaced my Samsung S21 Ultra screen (dead) and an iPhone 17 screen (cracked). Happy with the turnaround time and the price was more affordable than other options. My only concern was that the process of the repair wasn't totally clear to me. I am sure the process was mentioned but it would be nice to have it clearly written on the invoice or via a confirmation email or something. I do appreciate that we could communicate through text as it can be difficult to voice call and not end up playing phone tag.... read more
My screen was broken, I got a quote same day and once the part was in (the next day), they contact me to schedule an appointment. They picked up and dropped off my phone and it works beautifully! Thank you
I gave him my laptop to fix a hinge. He had it for over a month after calling and sending text messages to find out the status because he wouldn't take the initiative to let me know, he finally responds and say's sorry I'm a single dad, blah! blah! blah! I get the computer back couple days later the hinge job he did completely falls apart. He never fixed the clips he was suppose to fix.
