I had a great experience getting my laptop repaired. The cost of both the part and repair was explained upfront, options for open communication were available, and I had my laptop back before I knew it. A follow up after my laptop was returned was much appreciated, and I also appreciated the polite and diligent staff. I would happily head back should the need arise.

12/22/25- I would not give this company another dime of my hard earned money. On 9/8/25 I fixed my screen on my Google pixel 8pro. The next day, the same issue arised that prompted me to go there in the first place. They fixed it at no charge to me. 3 months later the same issue has occurred and they had the audacity to charge me $260 to fix said screen, that has the same issue that I came into the shop originally for .
