I dropped the phone off on Thursday and was told it would be repaired by the next day. On Friday they let me know it would not be done until Monday, but it was too late in the day for me to come pick it up and take it to another shop. I did get the phone back Monday and it seems to be repaired - battery is no longer swollen. It still drains VERY fast but that's probably Samsung's fault and not TechDoc's.
