Don’t believe a word he says. Can not be trusted.Phil held my external hardrive hostage for 4 months.finally after so much back and forth I was fed up, went in there with my iPhone recording him saying he sent it to a lab. I have video of him pretending to dial a lab, pretending to speak to someone on the other end. I called the lab and they had no clue who he was and didn’t recognize the fake order number he gave me.
