I brought my ps5 in for a power supply change, they immediately tried to upsell Me on a new hdmi port before they even opened it, I declined because I had no problems with my hdmi ever, they fixed my power supply and then loosened my hdmi port so I’d be forced to come back and get it replaced as well. Don’t recommend. Scammers. Upsetting since this was a gift for my brother for Christmas and he wasn’t able to play it.
