They did a good job (as far as I can tell) repairing what I asked for at a decent price, although it seemed to take a bit longer than I expected a professional shop would, so I assume they weren't particularly experienced with VW. It's partially for that reason that when they warned my bearing was "loose" and needed replacement that I turned down the additional repair and took the vehicle elsewhere for that job. Had a wonderful experience here. The staff were great and were honest with me about the work needed and the quote was a lot more reasonable than other places I'd checked.
Excellent shop. Took a vehicle in to get the valve cover gaskets replaced. They finished the job, then discovered that one of them didn't seal properly, so they redid it with no extra charge. They also discovered a couple other things that were worn out and needed to be replaced. They were upfront about all of the costs and did not try to pressure us into getting everything done at once, or upsell us on anything else. Will definitely go back to this shop. Quick easy service, they had an idea of what was wrong with my SUV before even looking at it. Competitive pricing, easy to talk to. I will be bringing my car back when needed. Shuttle service was an added benefit when Uber pricing is ridiculous. I will definitely refer friends and family to Tech7.
