You can tell they genuinely care about this business and the folks they serve! I had great service over the phone while booking appointment. Bonus that they were able to get me in within 2 business days! Other shops waits were over two weeks. Everyone from the front desk to the shuttle service went above and beyond! You can tell they are there to provide quality service and find genuine solutions. They were able to inspect and repair my car in one day and even washed it! I recently got my power steering pump replaced in my 2005 pontiac montana and it was replaced at a reasonable price and was done in good time without any issues. I have been monitoring for a couple days now and there have been no leaks so I am very happy with there service and they offered shuttle service which was very helpful for me to go to and from home while the van was being repaired. I will definitly be using there service in the future if I need any work done on my vehicles.
Based on a referral from a friend, I contacted Tech 7 (spoke with Austin) to see if they would be able to repair a shield/guard under my car before my drive back to Alberta. Austin was able to get me in the next morning at 7:30am. He personally took care of the repair and getting me on the road. I am forever grateful, thank you. I was super impressed by the huge and immaculate waiting area. They even offer a shuttle service. If I lived in Saskatoon Tech 7 would be my go to mechanic shop. I don't normally take the time to write reviews, unless they exceed expectations. 1 - I was passing through saskatoon and I had vehicle problems. Their techs were all busy, but still made time to diagnose my vehicle problem. 2 - They were not only honest with my repair, but were able to do something that would help prevent the issue happening again.
