Called the weeks ago to fix soft serve machine, tech came in quick. He was in at 2.50 p.m. soft serve pump was not running, he just take a look at it and suggested me to replace the pump and left at 2.52 p.m. after few days got an estimate from the company. Cost of pump itself $2550 and the labor together $3500. Then I called for other company for a second opinion. this place got purchased by another company and they keep calling me about an invoice for something I have no idea about. Horrible business operation and a seemingly scam operation! Nothing good with this company!
Your driver don’t pay attention i almost got ran off the highway
Do not use Tech24. I've been dealing with a broken stove for well over a month because of them. I called them to come out and repair my flattop grill. No communication on when they would arrive. They told my staff, not me, that it was a broken valve and that they'd order it. Again, no time frame or any sort of communication. They come out to replace and it bill us. I spoke with the service manager to get parts for a Vulcan range & ovens. He was very helpful. They were not able to provide me with the valves that I required due to inventorying. He freely advised me that I had to be careful with the old gaskets because they're not replaceable in that you couldn't buy them or get them anywhere else. This is an update for him and everybody else. The gaskets do come with the new thermostat assembly for the ovens along with the upper flange. Thanks
