Great to return for training once more. First time here in 2022 was to get BMET II training for the EVO and returned this time for the Fluent service training. Karl is the best instructor that Tecan has! He is a living, walking encyclopedia of knowledge for almost anything that has to do with hardware related issues, and when he doesn't know, he will do his best to find out. Will go back to learn more if I get the chance to delve more into the software on my company's dime ~_^.
