I have been with TEC on and off since 2008 they have helped me in finding different jobs each time I went in looking for work.
Called made myself available always told me they had no jobs but yet i went on the internet and seen jobs!!!
Called every day for a month straight both Fayetteville and springdale offices claimed they had NOTHING. How does a temp place have NOTHING for a whole month?? Heard they pick and choose people the receptionists know or like and give them jobs.

Some staffing place should hire new people for this job. We will call you tomorrow they said. Never called so I called them.. everyday. Even got slightly rude cause of their slacking. Not once did they call me.. Ever. Never found me a job
My husband went and filled his paperwork out and they said the would work on finding him a job. He called everyday for a week and all they said was we are still working on it. According to their website they have all kinds of jobs available. Then another staffing service calls him and tells him that they can put him to work the next day for a job that TEC claims they had available on the website. I would not recommend them to anyone dont waste your time.
