if you need a job and have no desirable skills but will show up and work, they will find you a low paying gig. just hope you get a job with some kind of on the advancement training. your job won't care about you cuz they think you won't last. I don't see why people are complaining about the pay on a menial position.

I feel they were a waist of my time. You have to take certain skills test that aren't even related to what your doing?

SCAM Company. I was hired as a fork lift driver and ended up schlepping wheel rims. I was one of 4 fork lift drivers doing manual labor. Stay away from TEC

This place is horrible. They're the reason none of these plants offer full time employment. They send you to crappy jobs for crappy pay when you use to be able to go to the crappy place yourself. It might have been a crappy job but at least you didn't have TEC skimming anywhere from the to six dollars off of your pay.
