This company will not answer your phone calls as the line is always busy they will not respond to emails also will not fix anything in your rental for over a year after requesting it to be fixed. I have been a tenant for with two property management companies while living in the house that I rent. I have fixed any thing that has failed before. Employees are nice. They get the job done.
Ok experience but have been rubbed the wrong way enough times to say I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Pros: Great Property Prices, Great Maintenance Staff Cons: They can be unresponsive, Never pick up the phone, Seems shady considering they disappear from the internet from time to time (Website issues, etc) Establishment could be better. Certainly will require staff training, better business etiquette, and potential "house cleaning". No pun intended.
