We have rented with TECPM for almost 2 years now and we love it! Everyone on the TECPM team has been helpful and has provided great customer service throughout our entire rental process to renew our lease. My husband and I would highly recommend finding your rental through TECPM. You can make easy online monthly rental payments and they communicate promptly and the maintenance crew does a great job getting issues taken care of.
TEC Properties has been great to work with from the initial appointment to view the rental property to service calls. The TEC team has always responded quickly to my questions. My husband and moved from Colorado to Bridgewater, NJ and it was made quite a bit easier with TEC Properties.
James is the kindest and one of the most honest people I know. He was very professional and straightforward in our conversations. There were some things I really didn't want to hear about my property but sometimes the truth is hard to hear. Overall A+ establishment.
My fiance and I have been renting from TEC Properties for a few years and they have always been fair and quick to remedy any issues we have had.
I would certainly recommend the property manager James. He is good at what he does and has tremendous integrity within his business.
