VERY NASTY ATTITUDE WHEN I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT A SITUATION, I had taken my car here a couple of times and after explaining that whoever it was that answered the phone immediately became nasty. NO I WOULD NOT TAKE MY CAR TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased a used car from the son's owner a few months ago and had been calling even after purchase because I had a few questions. Recently, I was experiencing some issues with the coolant and called to explain the issue and possibly see what could be done. Everytime I call, the owner, Blake, seemed to be a little aggressive but I just let it go because I don't know him or his personality. Blake and his sons were great. I just had an older VW Jetta TDI come into my possession, and they were super patient and thorough with the entire process from the diagnosis to the questions I had after. They helped me get to the bottom of the issue, and in the end, my car is running fantastically. I really appreciated their knowledge and expertise and kindness throughout the whole experience. Their prices are also super super fair. Will definitely be coming back to them! Thanks guys!
