Two days ago, I bought a NOx sensor from you for $1,004. Since your mechanics were busy, I went to Petro Shop, but they couldn't access the ECU. A few hours later, I came back to return the sensor, but your employee wouldn't even look at it; he said that because I had opened the package, he couldn't issue a refund. Couldn't you just take a look? You can clearly see the part is brand new. $1,004 for a sensor that can't be returned and that no one even wants to look at—fine, I'll just keep it in my truck.thank you so much.
