The really big lazy guy at the Volvo service desk that can barely walk is one of the rudest people I ever encountered at a repair shop he takes your vehicle and I clearly told him what needed to be done on the Volvo truck and he didn’t write anything down then charges my company a fee of filling up the coolant because he doesn’t do his job correctly I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews about this guy and he still works there

350$ to bump the speed on one of my units is flat out mind blowing. Nose picker at the service desk explained that “the price is like that because it takes money to take the tech to school for it and that costs” Note to you bud,5 minute “job” doesn’t take 350$ even if you’ve sent your precious “tech” directly to Sweden to Volvo headquarters.
The guy in service desk refused to make a CA Carb test on 10/20/25 in the morning and tell me to come afternoon because computers are down.Knowing that I will leave. NO. Because he is lazy To management; Explain to him that he doesn’t need computer to do the test only WIFI. Actually he knows that but I just want to let you know how does it drive consumers away. I call to reach the manager over the phone but same guy told me that he is out of town this day.
The staff is irritable and disinterested. They do everything they can to waste your time. They act aggressively and refuse to answer my questions. This is definitely not a dealership worthy of Volvo quality.
