I called the local Enterprise rental in preparation to be stranded while the mechanics figure out what’s wrong and how many days till any needed parts arrive. Do yourself a favor and go to any other place, if you want to save time, money and energy. The experience that I had at this dealer, it is the worst that you can imagine. Dealing with careless people that want only your money, it drains the energy out of your mind and body. A simple repair turned into 10 days nightmare. Lack of professionalism and respect towars clients, are the main caracteristics of this dealer. Find another place to get your truck fixed.
I have a 2008 Volvo 670 and for a long time have had some serious electrical probelms, and my truck kept losing power off & on, have taken it to a few Volvo dealers all over california, including Fresno, Bakersfield and Fontana and they all kept my truck for a few days and told me it is fixed and a day later or so the problem would come back.
