The service dept here needs to read a book on customer service. Every time I come here and stand in front of their desk, they just ignore me. If I don’t speak up, they never acknowledge my existence. And when they do finally acknowledge me, they act like I’m bothering them. I tell the companies I tow for that this place should be the last resort for service. And many of them listen.
Assistants are more than customers.
All of the service employees were professional and friendly, except for one person. It was a bit pricey, but everything else was great.
Quick counter service for parts, and trucks repaired correctly by experts.
