They’re lazy and can’t fix the trucks in time.
I came here to buy Volvos batteries but sales man insists to buy tech equipment premium batteries because they have 18 months warranty he said that’s why i bought tech premium batteries but battery are leaking got very bad battery was getting died and I had to jump start every time I came here to returned the batteries they didn’t returned even it was in 18 months warranty My experience is very bad with tech equipment products and their customer service of staff
Professional work and the service team are excellent, they do their best to try to get us back on the road fast and safe.
Came in to disable the idle shut off they said they couldn’t do it because of my data link has ‘issues’. I still got charged one hour of work and they did not take it off. Then got an estimate to diagnose the truck for 4 hours 1,400 . I told them no . I feel like they just wanted to take more money out of me .
