At first I was a little worried after reading some bad reviews because I had a miscommunication issue at first with a different employee then the one I'm writing the review about.After that was rectified the rest of my experience was good.I especially want to thank Silvana Ramirez(Vicky) who was very easy and pleasant to talk to and attentive and never got frustrated with me so I appreciate her and thanks for making my experience better after I was kind of on the fence about the dealership after reading reviews.
I’ve had these batteries for less than a year. About a month ago, I turned off everything — lights, fridge, all of it — and the batteries could barely make it through the night. I brought all four in to get tested. They told me only one was bad, but wouldn’t replace it under warranty. Instead, they told me to take it to AutoZone to charge. So I wasted hours doing that.
