Great service! Tom was super friendly and helpful. He assessed my photos of my breaker and provided relevant feedback. Also pointed me in the right direction! Super knowledgeable.
Electricians who came out were polite and offered recommendations that I am taking. Arrived promptly with little notice, and were thorough. There was some confusion about billing and the owner sorted it out quickly.
I would not use this company their owner or Manager is unhinged. They were doing work next-door to me and their truck was blocking my driveway. So I called and told them they needed to move it or it was gonna get towed. Than Tom who maybe is the manager or owner? I’m not sure felt the need to come over and confront me. I’m a 70-year-old disabled man and I have no idea what he thought he was gonna get out of it, but the police did contact him as the police got here after he was already gone.
David went above and beyond to help me fix my issue. He was able to quickly fix the power supply to the new tankless water heater. This process triggered an issue with a different circuit in the house and, although unrelated to David's work, he helped me figure it out without charge. Highly recommend.
