Everything started out great with TEC. I called and talked to one of the employees and got the information I needed. After deciding to get my vehicle done by TEC, I called back and got their voice mail which said to go online to make an appointment. I left a message because I had a question, but went online and made the appointment for the following day - lots of times were available to choose from, so that was great.
