BUYER BEWARE of B-Aware Home Inspection I hired Scott for my home inspection a few months ago. DO NOT Hire him for an inspection. He's not mean or a jerk. Just a HORRIBLE home inspector. He states on his website to be a licensed builder and a firefighter. When talking with Scott, it appears that he does neither of those things any longer, because they were "too much like work".
