Contacted rainstoppers to repair the roof of the local American Legion I'm an officer of. The estimate was quick and very detailed. Upon starting the project the crew was quick, efficient, and very professional. They kept us informed of issues as they encountered them and were able to complete the project faster than expected. A year after getting our new roof put on there’s multiple places where the shingles are bubbling up. When we asked for those places to be fixed we were told they won’t fix any cosmetic issues that were done by them only leaks. We don’t have access to the roof there so there will need to be a substantial leak that comes through the insulation and drywall before they’ll fix anything. I would have gone with someone else if I would have known they don’t care about their quality of work.
