I didn’t use this roofing service but I did call to try to inform them that their trailers were parked and blocking the sight line for an intersection. I called kindly just to let them know. Instead of transferring me to the local division or being receptive, the female operator snapped at me then hung up. I can’t comment on their physical work but their customer service could use some work. I just didn’t want anyone to get hurt.
