A year after getting our new roof put on there’s multiple places where the shingles are bubbling up. When we asked for those places to be fixed we were told they won’t fix any cosmetic issues that were done by them only leaks. We don’t have access to the roof there so there will need to be a substantial leak that comes through the insulation and drywall before they’ll fix anything. I would have gone with someone else if I would have known they don’t care about their quality of work.

I want to share my amazing experience with Zach Shaffer today. He came to our home for a free estimate from 9:30am-11:20am (I am mentioning this because of how extremely thorough he was compared to a competitor who was only here for 5-10 minutes and didn’t even get up on my roof). Modern Roofing made our roofing experience incredibly easy. My husband’s sister needed a new roof, so this was a long distance experience. They kept in touch with updates and sent many pictures.
