I inquired to Rainstoppers about replacing my gutters. They said they do gutter installation. The salesman Josh showed up to my house and as soon as he got out of his truck he said "dude you need a new roof". I told him I just wanted gutters for now. The price was decent so I approved the estimate. Then a sub contractor shows up to install the gutters. They left my yard a mess with debris everywhere. They came back the next day to clean up. scheduled a hail assessment with Jenny. Told her we would be at work and she stated that this was so no issue and that someone would take a look and let us know of the results. After not receiving a phone call on Friday I spoke with her again and she said that Josh would follow up over the weekend. After not hearing from him I reached back out and he stated that he had left after no one answered the door. If you need a new roof, call Rainstoppers. You will not be disappointed. Everyone was courteous and professional, from the receptionist that took my initial call for an estimate, to the project manager and to the crew boss. Everything was done as initially explained to me and was reasonably priced. Excellent workmanship and it looks great!

I hired this company to replace the roofs on two houses, and they did excellent work both times. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship were outstanding, and the finished results look great. The customer service was equally impressive. Kelton Fogle responded to my questions promptly and kept me informed throughout both projects. He was exceptional — knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy, which made the entire process smooth and easy. I highly recommend them and give them five stars without hesitation.
