I hired them to replace my slate roof with a shingled roof. They described how the slate would be safely removed and assured me the crew was expert. The crew threw the slate off my 2 story roof in a reckless manner and damaged my siding, my window screen, and my neighbors drainage pipe and siding. I brought it to the crew's attention, who, when they arrived, told me in Spanish they were not informed about the job. I didn’t use this roofing service but I did call to try to inform them that their trailers were parked and blocking the sight line for an intersection. I called kindly just to let them know. Instead of transferring me to the local division or being receptive, the female operator snapped at me then hung up. I can’t comment on their physical work but their customer service could use some work. I just didn’t want anyone to get hurt.
