Excellent service thanks to Liliana! I was greeted with a delicious sample and warm welcome. I ended up getting a Teavana canteen & some tea to go with!!
Most of my visits have been very good a couple where the employees were less then stellar customer service rep's...tea is always good so I will end up going back and treat them the same as I'm treated no sweat of my back
Horrible customer service. I was in the store today to make a return of an infuser and some tea. I had my original receipts. The sales associate rang it up and the infuser came up at $13.45 instead of the $19.95 that I paid for it. She told me she didn't know how to adjust the price and that I just had to take the $6.50 loss. I told her no way and she was required to refund me the price stated on the original receipt. Horrible customer service! I had boughten a $34 thermus and within a month it broke due to a very minor tip over, must of been faulty, I had came in and asked for help by a worker who didn't know where the extra part was but told me to come in later in the week and I would be given a new thermus. I returned to be greeted by an exrtemely rude and snarky worker (scruffy, short, large man with rude attitude) after I explained the situation he lied to me several times in order to not help me when I explained and then basically t... read more
