Overly pricey. The sales staff pushes a little too hard often. Most tea snobs I know, that know more than me, hate the place because they supposedly put filler in their teas. The tea ware is nice but again a bit pricey unless you can catch a sale.

No problems for me. Walked in asked questions bought the starter sample staff was great.
this worker heather helped me out so much, she helped me find which tea i wanted and would like. she was the perfect sales person. if you want to make a friend and have great serves go to the lehigh valley mall teavana
