They are getting rid of all the flavors that people actually like
Very disappointed with the service here. I came to return some tea I bought because I didn't like the taste at all. The sales clerk basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about. He kept insisting it was their most popular summer time tea. I have bought hundreds of dollars of Teavanna tea and this is the first time I was so unhappy I returned the tea. He also informed me that "It was only going to be about a $4 refund (it was actually $8). I guess he meant it wouldn't be worth it. I go to Teananna for the great te... read more
Since Christmas 2016 they've cut the menu to like 5-7 flavours that nobody from family and friends likes at all, supposably so they can reduce the workload. Was there 3 times a week. Never going back.
Worst service ever! Don't go there
