Welp, they're shutting down all of the teavana stores. So if you need to return anything you didn't like, do it soon!
Teavana in general, this store more than most, have two things that cause me to shy away; their 2oz minimum, and the aggressive sales people. If you ask a question they latch on. And there is often just a hint of a patronizing tone, as if you don't know much. I have read similar reviews of other locations so it must be a cultural thing for Teavana.
