Great product and very knowledgable and helpful staff.
Teavana has a distorted sense of what good customer service is. Good luck trying to actually make a purchase. The store is too crowded most of the time, but when you go to purchase something, you will find that you will have to wait behind the cashier promoting more tea products, grabbing jar after jar of different teas for the customer at the register, while you wait and wait and wait, for more than 6 or 7 minutes, for the one customer at the register, and if there are 2 people in front of you, expect to wait for a minimum ... read more
