I love tea and this place is great. They have samples around the store and encourage you to smell the tea. I love the little tea brewer.
I have to commend Ms. Chelsea at the Town Square location. She is one of those few employees whom obviously loves where she works and pours her heart into assisting and advising customers on all of the different teas. Chelsea kept the brightest smile on her face as she demonstrated the different ways I could brew the piña colada tea, and was knowledgeable on the selection of teas and which she thought I might enjoy as an infrequent tea drinker. I was Las Vegas recently and came across this store. Tried some of the teas and was very happy with them. Went to the Town Square store to buy the starter set and some teas and was served by Melissa. Very knowledgeable and helpful. thankfully we have stores similar here in Australia. Try Teavana, you wont be sorry.
I am originally from Salt Lake City, UT and I've become obsessed with Teavana Teas and the great customer service! I've recommended these teas to all my friends and family. While vacationing in Las Vegas where my mother lives I thought it'd be fun to have her experience Teavana. Mariah, the manager at the Town Square location assisted us and was horrid to work with.
