Dewey Schade the owner of Tea Time is obstructing the install of the Maverick Mural directly across the street. The mural has strong public and City support. This project is commemoration to late Senator McCain and the veterans who serve. I will not support this business if he can’t support our veterans.
I stopped in yesterday to check out this shop, and noticed a sign in the window for "Tea 101". I scheduled an appointment today with Marion and it was wonderful! We sampled a variety of teas, and Marion shared information on the history, processing, and preparation of tea. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I will definitely revisit this shop and recommend this 1 on 1 class to anyone interested in learning more about different types of teas!
Met my friend for a pot of tea and to catch up and this place was great! You can get tea to go or a pot to share and there's a menu as well as daily specials. We did a pot to share and sat out back in the courtyard. When you get there it does seem like only a store, not so much a place where you can order and sit, but don't be fooled! There are 2 indoor tables and some choices outside and it did work out wonderfully.
