Their online store has an excellent selection of high quality teas. The pricing is very reasonable especially considering the quality of each tea. Shipping was fast and a sample similar to the teas I ordered was a nice touch. I will order again.
I’m a long time customer and once upon a time had a tea shop selling their teas. The last few times I ordered, it seemed different, so I looked into why that is. Apparently the company changed owners and then changed their business model. The teas at the stores are now prepackaged and gone are the days of sampling a new tea and sitting in the shop enjoying it. This is a great online source for tea. Lots to choose from the website and always high quality. It’s the only place i buy, and cost-wise: i’m 3-4 cups/day at <50 cents/day. Don’t know anything about the store, but 1 star? seriously. check online people!
I have been a loyal customer for years. I was disappointed when the Cleveland Ave. store closed and I switched to ordering online. Their tea is very good. The problem is their customer service. My recent order was over $50. The day after receiving the tea, I heard about another tea that I might like. I called to ask if they could send me a small sample packet and gave them my order number. This is a great place to purchase your teas. They have a large selection. Good prices. The best teas. I order online and receive my order really quick. Don't waste your time elsewhere. Buying from this company is a pleasurable experience.
