We placed a walk-in order through the kiosk and waited 30 MINUTES inside the store for JUST ONE DRINK. No one called our name or order number the entire time (people who ordered after us, got their drinks before we did), so we finally went up to the pickup area and asked a team member if our order was ready. Love coming here for late night sweet drinks and desserts. They have a seasonal menu and a bunch of different drinks to choose from. Even with the long lines the wait times are short. Ordering system is very easy with the tablet.
