We placed a walk-in order through the kiosk and waited 30 MINUTES inside the store for JUST ONE DRINK. No one called our name or order number the entire time (people who ordered after us, got their drinks before we did), so we finally went up to the pickup area and asked a team member if our order was ready. Love coming here for late night sweet drinks and desserts. They have a seasonal menu and a bunch of different drinks to choose from. Even with the long lines the wait times are short. Ordering system is very easy with the tablet.
ive been coming here for years now; infrequently because i don't live in the area. i had generally enjoyed everything i had gotten up until a few months ago when the drink my friend got (sea salt jasmine iirc) had a visible layer of clear goo at the bottom. after tasting it we realized that was the sweetener, and assumed they must have changed it at some point. even after stirring it, it was disgustingly sweet. we asked for a remake without sweetener and moved on. but ever since then every time i've been there the drinks hav... read more
