I have purchased custom embroidery from Teasers for over 10 years for an annual guys weekend and every item has been as ordered and priced. I provided all types of shirts, shorts, and nylon coats to Steve with no issues. He always pointed out the best process and identified when backing or another method would work better. I plan on using his store for all future events and recommend him highly.

There are many places in the area to do screen printing. This is among the worst. I had some bags screen printed here as gifts for a bridal party. First of all, he gave a quote in the beginning based on my simple design, then doubled his charge once the work was complete. He butchered the bride's bag and, to his credit, pointed it out; however, he proceeded to tell me that it was "my problem" and he did not take responsibility for the error. I am very pleased with Teaser's T-shirt Shop in Cedar Hills. Steve, the owner, can design anything I have asked him to. I am a Mom with an active family. My children play all kinds of sports. Over the years, I have used Teaser's to design my son's soccer shirts and my daughter's softball shirts. They have come out exactly like they we wanted them to. Listen, unfortunately we have 1 good review for every 10 negative ones and honestly I was a bit worried before coming because of some of the reviews. I felt like I had to write one to balance it out because I had a wonderful experience! The owner was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and the work was nothing but quality. You don't find a lot of places like these anymore where the product is very nice and you're able to see the shirts actually being made. Don't listen to the unfair reviewers and give them a try. Horrible Customer Service - Find another local shop to use My fiance took in some things to be embroidered and when I went in to pick them up the shop owner wanted to charge me twice as much from what we paid before. He had not put on part that needed to be on there and now he was going to have to run another job to put on the part he forgot. He had not put on part that needed to be on there and now he was going to have to run another job to put on the part he forgot. I have worked in this industry before and when something goes wrong we always fixed it with no charge to the customer. The shop owner was very rude and I will NEVER go back here again. Please do your research and find another local shop to use.

Had to Write a Review – Wonderful! Highly recommended. First review ever here. Just had to say thank you and let you know about the owner. My family recently had a tragedy happen and we decided to print shirts in honor. I came in right at closing, told him a little about what was happening, and he stayed after until everything was finished. No questions asked, no complaints, and very warm about it all. I can't tell you how thankful I was. Thank you so so very much.

OK, a little crowded – Small shop, easy to find in the mall next to Powell's. They do custom lettering and embrodery on Tshirts and jerseys. Bought several basketball jerseys there for a reasonable price. Owner was efficient about the order and was done the same day.
