I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like it's important to share my experience. This was actually the second time I've had an issue with a haircut here. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after this most recent visit, I asked for a refund because the cut was not what I requested. When the salon called me back, instead of simply processing the refund, I was encouraged to come back in so someone else could "fix" it. Tease is a fantastic salon with good vibes the second you walk through the door. Emily is one of the most talented hairstylists I've ever gone to when it comes to BOTH cuts and color. She always has great suggestions and then executes wonderfully. Can't wait to come back for a refresh soon!!
I can’t say enough great things about Tease Salon and Timmy! Every time I come in, I give Timmy free reign to do what he thinks is best, and I always leave feeling absolutely amazing. He has such a talent for knowing what will work and making it even better than I imagined. The whole experience at Tease is welcoming, professional, and fun. If you’re looking for someone you can truly trust with your hair, Timmy is the one!
