I love the feeling pole has given me! I've lost a lot of inches and am exploring parts of myself I didn't know existed. If your on the fence. Jump right into it. You won't regret it. It is a difficult workout though youve been forewarned haha.
Beware you will make friends. I have been going to this place for almost a year. (5 years now!) As you stay and level up the pricing becomes cheaper. I also take a session off when i know I can't make it to enough classes or I need to save $$. I started taking yoga and then added pole classes. You will grow physically and mentally.
