Amazing studio, amazing teachers. I love to dance here!
I took a Beginner Pole Fitness class at Tease Dance & Fitness, and had a great time! The establishment was super clean and inviting, and the class was well planned. It was challenging, but I had a great workout, learned some moves and gained some confidence with the pole in just one class! I might be hooked - I'll be planning to enroll in more classes this fall. I highly recommended!
