Showed up on time and expertly performed the job. The technician cheerfully performed an extra that I added to the job.
Arrived on time. Explained the process thoroughly. Estimate was right on target. Friendly, courteous, efficient. I will use him again.
The young man was well mannered and polite. My rugs were bagged and ready for the movers.
Too expensive. The next time I need this service, I will check out prices before hiring.
Last question is hard to ans. This was a very exspensive project for me. I thought the personnel were all very good. Prompt and considerate. it was an unexpected exspense not covered by my insurance.
They recommended a cheap and effective solution for the small leak in our basement.
Over all was satisfied with vendor. Removed debris upon completion of project. Explained the process. Did not receive phone call day before or day of project confirming appointment and arrival
They were quick to come to my call. However, they took their time coming back to get their equipment and actually left a hose in my basement. The guys that came were nice and worked with my schedule (I work nights), but I felt the cost was a little high for the area they cleaned. If you need someone quick they will work with you, but if you have time to shop around you might want to consider doing so.
I was disappointed with the professionalism and service of this company. They said they would pick up the equipment on Friday and called later to say they'd come sometime on Saturday. When they did come on Saturday, they had one employee trying to lug the heavy machinery up our basement stairs. Unfortunately, it was too heavy for him and he ended up dragging it (which ripped up part of our carpet) and bumping it against our wall (which put a hole in our wall).
