I purchased a Groupon that specified Claude's name on it and have made multiple calls to him with no answer. Every time I leave a detailed message on the voicemail but I never get a return call. If he doesn't want the business he should not advertise his services there. I paid my money for a service and I expect not to have to go through so much trouble to use it. I wish I could rate him zero stars. Smh.
