Loved the food but the ladies working there were a little snippy and not real friendly.

Just now seeing this review. I didn't get a notification that someone has left one. I'm so sorry you had that kind of experience with the ladies who work the front of the house. I've been here several times over the last few years and always had great service but finally took my mom for the first time yesterday. And unfortunately the service wasn't so great. We waited for over 5 min by the register to be sat but no one came so my mom went to the back to look for someone who worked there and finally one of the waitresses came and started shooing my mom away and told her we were to wait to be seated. I'm very sorry that this was what you experienced the last time you were in. Occasionally our hostess is seating other guests when new guests arrive. We have one hostess and one waitress, they both try to get to customers as quickly as possible but sometimes they do get stuck in one of our dining rooms leaving customers to be seated and feeling a bit ignored. I love this place! The food is good and the atmosphere is nice!
It's been way too long since I dined at Teapot Depot, but the ambience, staff and of course the food was wonderful. I even picked up a couple gifts for my friend's birthday. Thank you Teapot Depot!
Sweet little cafe, great home made food, and reasonably priced. The flower pot pie is a speciality and so good! They only make a set number per day so if that's what you want better call ahead and place your order! (Seriously!) Fun place for lunch, bridal or baby shower.
