Ken is a super stand up guy. He does the job and stands by it. Have been using him for years and I have no complaints. His workmanship is excellent.
I left a voice mail and I received a call back that evening. We scheduled an appointment for later in the week. Ken arrived on time checked the problem . He he would return later in the day. and he did. He even checked another area that I thought might have a problem. He was prompt, courteous and professional. If I ever have a roofing problem again I would call him .
Ken installed a trap that allowed the squirrels to exit and then closed up the hole with metal sheeting, a vapor barrier and replaced the missing slate. Pricing was reasonable and the workmanship excellent.
Ken knows exactly what to do to fix the problem.
Super irresponsible, schedule him 3 different times and left me waiting everytime
