I left a voice mail and I received a call back that evening. We scheduled an appointment for later in the week. Ken arrived on time checked the problem . He he would return later in the day. and he did. He even checked another area that I thought might have a problem. He was prompt, courteous and professional. If I ever have a roofing problem again I would call him .
Ken installed a trap that allowed the squirrels to exit and then closed up the hole with metal sheeting, a vapor barrier and replaced the missing slate. Pricing was reasonable and the workmanship excellent.
Ken knows exactly what to do to fix the problem.

Ken is great! He is knowledgeable, experienced, polite and fixes the problem. Not many roofers are interested in repairing problems. I didn’t need a new roof, just someone to fix the leak. Ken installed roofs for many years. Now his entire business is repairs and I am so thankful for him. And yes, he does return calls at night .... because .... he is working during the day 😊
