We just moved to NYC into a new build and the people at Teams Management have been great to work with. As with all new builds, there were issues, but Jeffrey and his team made sure we got all our issues resolved in a timely manner. The only thing I'd say is that I did have to follow up with them a few times on things, but I think that's to be expected if they're managing multiple properties and have so many things going on at once. They have been my landlord for 8 years and I have nothing but good words to say. They look out for their tenants and have a big heart and understanding of people and housing. Have no doubts that they will take good care of you. Only reason I moved is because I needed a bigger space and they didn’t have any available at the time.
