Dealt with CEO Karen. Would not recommend for managing any restoration project as Karen was very ignorant of the concerns with older structures. She even went so low as to post a negative review of our business without ever having entered it, simply because exterior maintenance work was underway (outside of regular business hours?!) Has no experience with, understanding, or empathy for those doing the complicated work of historic structure restoration. Karen and her entire Team are an outstanding asset to any service professional! As a Facility Manager of a company with very high standards and sometimes unreasonable expectations, I am glad to be part of the TeamPAR family! The incredible attention to detail they provide, their wealth of knowledge and the family atmosphere they provide make them very pleasant to work with. Give them a try.
