Put a deposit on a bike rang them up to pick it up and they sold it but wait for it ....Nana no deposit back mate ....slam it never ev e n considering getting a ride off you again .the other bike i got from them where crapboxes anyway no loss to me .

05/02/26 Went to buy a helmet and gloves Reece was great gave me plenty of options I said I’d go home to do some research and come back the next day to buy one. When he told another staff member I’d be back tomorrow the other staff member shouted bullshit not knowing I was still in the store so I went to Wayne Leonard’s the road and bought from there instead won’t be using Yamaha again Wayne Leonards had great customer service even gave me discount.

I have called team moto on Monday morning, and was advised that no one was around tot all about sales of bikes and that they would pass my message on and get the sales team to call me back. I then sent an inquiry online on the bike I was interested in. And followed up with heading in with the bike I wanted to trade in, so that the sales team could look over my trade in.
