I have called team moto on Monday morning, and was advised that no one was around tot all about sales of bikes and that they would pass my message on and get the sales team to call me back. I then sent an inquiry online on the bike I was interested in. And followed up with heading in with the bike I wanted to trade in, so that the sales team could look over my trade in. Absolutely No Customer My partner has called twice about parts, and both times Tom answered, said he was too busy, and said he’d call back. Not a single call returned. How hard is it to follow up with a customer who is literally trying to give you money? We wanted to support a local Cairns business, but the lack of even basic customer service forced us to buy from another state instead. When there’s no customer service, there’s no purchase — simple as that. Incredibly disappointing.

Took my 4 wheeler in for a service with a list of items that needed to be done. The jobs were not done properly or not done at all I was charged any way (greasing). I was given a list of items that needed attention some of which were on my list. I asked why they didn't call me to see If I wanted the extra repairs done whilst they had the the 4 wheeler the parts man didn't respond, the manager was standing right beside and said nothing.
