Had the pleasure of dealing with these guys a couple of weeks ago. The trade in and ride away process was easy and the team was incredibly helpful and patient throughout. Couldn't be happier with my new 450MT. Highly recommend.
The Ducati I bought is fine. The service and support at TeamMoto I received is terrible. I purchased the bike over the phone, online, after photos, videos and 49 pt mechanical showed up ok. The bike arrived WITHOUT the rear seat as promised, and with a flat battery. Jarrod Allen, in sales, had agreed the rear pillion seat would be supplied and bike trickle charged. Brent, head of bike division hasn't helped either. They don't answer the phone or action any requests. A useless shop, steer clear
