Recently purchased an ex demo Indian Challenger from these guys. Very pleased with the purchase, they were great to deal with especially Craig in sales and Josh in Servicing. Thanks again will be back and recommend the business.
Would NOT recommend them to anyone. Bought a motorcycle from them, paid for delivery etc. to Brisbane. Bike arrives with zero key. After a bit of back and forth, them trying to blame the courier company, they finally found the key laying in the workshop. They forgot to send it with the bike. Despite them breaching contract and consumer guidelines (Delivering an unusable product) they Aus post the key to me, instead of an express overnight courier service. Billy, who took care of me, was very kind and provided thorough explanations. He was also willing to negotiate the trade-in value of my bike to a price I was satisfied with, offering customer-focused service from start to finish. The quick and smooth delivery process was also excellent.
