Went in the shop on a Saturday morning while the shop wasn’t open yet but they offered to help me. Melanie help me with a helmet selection and she does knows a thing or two about helmets. She provided me with amazing service with the biggest smile and round things of with helping me with a discount on some head phones for my helmet. The big bonus, she is pretty soft on the eyes 😊
I purchased a new CFMOTO 675sr-r from Jacob at Slacks Creek, and found the service I received outstanding. I am writing to highlight an ongoing issue with TeamMoto Springwood regarding the return of my $500 deposit. When I put the deposit down, I transferred the money immediately without making them jump through hoops or sign unnecessary forms. However, getting my own money back has been a completely different story. TeamMoto emailed me their refund form digitally. Since I have no means to print physical documents, I completed and returned it using a verified Adobe Pro digital signature—the exact same software and legal signature... read more
I went into TeamMoto looking for a small specific part for my CFMOTO — the rear brake peg. They didn’t have the exact part I needed, but Hayley was incredibly helpful and took around 15 minutes to help me work out a workaround so I could get home safely.
