Went to at least 4 bikes shops looking for a bike and the sales assistant was the only one that came and served me others where just on there phone etc service was good not pushy cheers
I don’t normally do reviews however dealing with Nathan was really good and I felt I should let people know. As I live on the Sunshine Coast I wasn’t keen to travel to Springwood , however Nathan did a great deal on my new Husky 701 and we completed the deal over the phone, he also organised delivery of new bike to the Coast .being old school I was a bit nervous doing this deal sight unseen etc but Nathan guided me through the process and gave me confidence. Great sales experience. Jakob made things so easy.
Poor service. Walked in to look at a bike. Sales guy was like yep. There it is. Indicated I wanted to know prices with with some accessories. Got told to go see another guy and if I had any questions to come talk to him. He walked off. Grabbed some paper and left. Was ready to buy a bike when I walked in. Never go back now due to the absolute lack of interest or any help from the sales guys there at all. Not worth the time or effort.
