I haven't ridden a bike for decades and when Sheldon heard this he didn't just try and sell me a bike. He recommended I have some lessons, which I did. It was the best advice. I told him the type of bike I wanted and he again gave brilliant advice, steering me towards a different bike which suited me much better. I couldn't recommend him more highly!!
