Seriously best gym I’ve ever been to. It’s challenging but encouraging. Everyone here feels like family. It’s the same consistent trainers who care about your life in and outside the gym. They truly want to see their members succeed. I started here 2 months postpartum and got in the best shape of my adult life. TeamFIT is hands down the best workout in the East Valley! You won't get the same workout twice and have the personalized attention to produce results. Jeff does a great job implementing new challenges to keep things fun and engaging. Highly recommend TF!
I absolutely love working out here! Jeff is constantly changing the workouts to challenge everyone. I always look forward to going. I highly recommend!
