Steve & Beth did an excellent job selling my family's home. Their communication was fantastic, and they helped guide us in the right direction throughout the entire process. I'm a realtor in another state and know how difficult a sale can sometimes be. Beth & Steve made it easy. I'm very grateful for their hard work.

This pair of real estate professionals are incredibly responsive. We have used them on 2 separate occasions and have been wowed both times. They are astute and extremely professional . You will not be disappointed if you choose to engage their services. My wife is a realtor, of 20 years and she has high standards for utilizing other professionals. Those standards were well surpassed.

Steve and Beth were a pleasure to deal with. Selling real estate makes me nervous, but Steve was unflappable. He kept assuring me that "all is well" and he was right. I recommend Team Downing of West USA Realty to all potential home buyers.
