I came into work today July 7th need to see the doctor for something that's happening with my leg was nobody in the office the chair is empty the receptionist for chewing bubble gum p and I need to see a doctor is there a fully busy and you won't have any openings for 3 weeks I thought this was an urgent care if you need to see a doctor you walk in and see a doctor guess I was mistaken
New team is amazing!
I recently had trouble getting through on the phone and discovered that they were having a problem with the phone lines. It wasn't an issue because I just popped in and set up my appointment in person. The location can't be beat, it's right next to the TM entrance at both park locations. The new doctors are great and it's so convenient to be able to pick up my prescriptions right there at the on-site Walgreens. Trying to make an appointment while dealing with something I need care for has been beyond frustrating. This team has a strict refusal to answer phones or return calls and the app is useless in booking appointments. Looking for a new location now, I am extremely disappointed that these crew members are what Universal Team Members are meant to rely on most.
