While your services are adequate and your services to the needy acceptable you have 5 bad apples in that office and they all work for the PSR group mainly Hershel Steph tawna and Jacquelynn they will order people around make fun of your crippling phobias treat grown semi-competent adults like children and,when you tell someone you have a problem, Nothing is ever done

I would give 0 stars if I could!!!I had the WORST experience with Team Builders! I do not recommend taking your child there for behavioral therapy, Wendy was the worst therapist they could have assigned for a child. She had a bad attitude and was very cocky. She is in a position where she is suppose to support the child and parent with the help they are seeking, she made it feel like we were an inconvenience to her and made it very uncomfortable for not only my children but myself as well. I truly wish I could give a higher rating because the people and therapists here genuinely seem to care. I've really enjoyed getting to know them, and both of the therapists I worked with were excellent. They supported me immensely during a challenging time after my mental breakdown, and I made significant progress under their care. Unfortunately, in less than a year, I’ve already had to transition between two therapists and two psychiatrists.
