Just had a total knee replacement and got the nerve up to take Cheryl's exercise class. She was amazing and understood my limitations. Felt great to move again.
Excellent - clean facility that has more to offer than any other gym in the area.

Love this place and people. When I came in I was instantly greeted with so much support being that I'm in a wheelchair. Never leaving this gym
