I really don't like posting negative reviews, but we can't recommend these guys I'm afraid. We got a picket fence and weren't impressed by the finished job and when we raised our concerns about various aspects, including sending photos of the issues, all we got was a call from the fitter (a subcontractor) who basically denied that there were any issues with what he'd done and that nothing can be done about it now anyway. We heard nothing from the company itself about the other issues we raised regarding the initial surveyor ... read more
TLDR: communication is poor and timeline estimates inaccurate. I cannot comment on pricing or quality of work as we haven’t been able to make it to that point. Prior to booking the paid measure and quote I had been told that it would be a 2-3 turn around between quote and the job being done. It took just over a week to organise a formal measure and quote ($150 fee) which I thought was pretty good however I did not receive any confirmation that it was actually booked in.
