The rental side of this company is terrible! NEVER rent from them!! They took advantage of us knowing we were coming from a different state. They didn't do any kind of inspection after the roof was ripped of during the hurricane and didn't have a legal right to rent the house. We never got a walk through to talk about what was wrong with the house. What was wrong: - The HVAC broke and my then 20 month old son got hypothermia. People have died from that. Honestly....who signs a 38 month lease with out the owners knowledge, allows for only a 2% increase each year, and is 15% below market for rentals in that area! Team Wilson......and the issue? They don’t care! Trying to sell my home and they have a 550 credit score tenant in the place for 38 months!!!!! These guys are not to be trusted

So......do not use team Wilson as your property managers. Without my knowledge, they signed a 38 month lease with a tenant that has a 550 credit score. 38 months at 1550/mo with an allowable 2% increase per year. Other properties in the same area rent for 1885/mo! Truly unbelievable. I do NOT recommend using team Wilson in any matter having to do with real estate transactions.

I do not recommend Team Wilson Real Estate Partners, and here is why. It is my opinion that this company is exclusively focused on high volume to achieve their 3% profit. In my home buying process my realtor severely lacked in the details, which cost me more money. In addition, this realtor was not even willing to address my concerns or negotiate on my behalf to the seller.
