Top drawer in every respect. Timely follow up, friendly folks, super accommodating, no pressure, easy transaction, and excellent pricing. I could not be happier with my experience.
They had the truck listed on their website so I went with all intentions of buying it if it was a good truck. The truck was parked in the back and wasn’t even ready to sale.so they said to give them a week which I did and called back and the truck still wasn’t ready. 3 weeks went by and a lady called me saying the truck was ready to show so I rode by to find that the truck STILL wasn’t ready. So I went to another dealer in statesville NC and found and bought the exact truck I had been looking for.
We stopped in to test drive the Jeep Wrangler I had looked at online. Barney helped us out and was awesome the whole time. The Jeep unfortunately wasn’t something my wife was comfortable buying since it was a manual. Barney helped us with looking at their online inventory at other dealerships for Bronco’s. None of them quite ticked all of the boxes my wife was looking for. The experience was top notch and the whole staff was professional.
